Sto combined academic excellence with music, eventually studying Environmental Science at Maseno University.

Sto’s journey is not just artistic—it is intellectual. His academic path led him to Maseno University in Kisumu, where he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science.

While at university, he made a strong mark in the music scene by winning the 2016 Kisumu Rap Battle. This achievement earned him recognition in The Standard Newspaper’s Generation Next, positioning him as a rising voice in Kenyan music.

His academic background inspired the concept of Environmental Art, which later evolved into Spiritual Environmentalism—a philosophy that views the earth as sacred and calls for responsible stewardship through both faith and action.
